Family sessions have always been a favorite of mine to shoot, especially when the family is so easy going. The connection between this family was just amazing and I loved capturing it. Enjoy some of my favorites.

Smiling is one of the most positive things you can do in your life. Lina just lights up and spreads the joy of smiling. I tried to get some non-smiling shots to add a little drama to some images and she did, but it didn’t feel the same, so smiling it was for most of all the images!  Let’s not forget Andres, they complement each other so well that shooting this session was just a breeze. Enjoy some of my favorites.

Massiel + Marc + Mavin

Shooting Massiel and Marc’s wedding close to two years ago was a pure joy so I got super excited when they contacted me to shoot a family session. It’s so hard to explain the feeling you get when you capture such an important day of people’s lives on their wedding day and that same feeling multiplies when you begin shooting family sessions with them. Contests are always fun! A couple of months ago I had a family session contest and the winner received a complimentary photo session with me. In this case the winner was Maria and her little girl Isabella. After many failed attempts due to crazy Miami weather, we finally got it done and it was simply a pleasure to shoot. Summer Fun!!!

Today I blog about one of my favorite little guys. From his newborn photos to 3 month session, he has always been great. But for his 6 months session, things got even better. Shooting little Geo is always a blast, he’s such a happy baby and always full of smiles. Mom decided to shoot at the Miami Yatch Club, his grandpa’s favorite hangout spot. We used one prop that has much meaning to their family, Grandpa’s chair. Love this blog!!!

Danielle’s 1st BEEday with Winnie the Pooh

As much as I love blogging about engagement sessions and weddings, I also really enjoy the little ones. You know, the cute ones, the babies. Is a year old still considered a baby or is it like teens,  once you pass the months stage you’re no longer a baby? In this case it doesn’t really matter. Just look at her! Dani’s 1st BEEday was all about the Bees and of course, her! From the décor to a visit from Pooh bear, there was no doubt this was going to be a SWEET one for sure.
